This whole application/ awaiting decisions phase is deflating my morale and making me feel completely disoriented. I try very hard to believe that it's not the end of the world, and that I should not let an acceptance or a rejection determine my self worth. But it's never that easy.
And so, a rejection does make me feel sorely incompetent.
Let's see, studying for SATs before and after the As, spending the most of my after-As life poring over essays, troubling so many teachers with referral letters. Was it worth it?
Now I'm starting to wonder.
Let go. Let God.
