My hamstrings, calves and arms hurt from taekwondo, and all we did were a few kicks and punches, and
So for the whole of snow city yesterday, my arm muscles and calves were quite frozen in the chamber. But they say being cold increases your metabolism rate(:, so that's worthwhile for freezing inside a -7.3 degrees chamber for an hour, I think.
The slide was really quite fun. I screamed like crazy though the thrill was quite predictable, and that guy, THAT GUY, stuffed snow down our shirts and tried to freeze our spines >.<
and we tried to freeze Mr. Tan's spine (:
Cryogenic science was cool, but the presenter wasn't.
I love liquid Nitrogen, much more than gaseous nitrogen anyway, cause that's boring.
