My nearly-perfect ending. I guess France played well too.
Actually I don't really like games that end on penalties because they don't feel like a concrete ending. But that's the way soccer is.
It's sad Zidane got sent off, I think he's a good player.

Finally finally back from OBS.
I can't count how many times I've said "I wanna go home" and how many times I've cursed OBS for the past few days, but in retrospect, OBS was quite fun.
As I was living through enrichment week and thinking in my head how long seven days was going to be, it's really funny how one week can past so fast and I can almost remember every single detail of OBS so clearly.

The height elements really freaked me out, especially the inversed tower on the last day. I'm sorry doris and jia, I really thought I was going to die. Too bad we were only one/two logs away ):
The sailing trip was really an experience, I quite enjoyed helming, though my heart was in my mouth most of the time. I feel really attached to the JIB (:, though I think we all have rope burns from pulling the sheets.
Century duty... Well, I think I had quite a nice time on the first day doing the graveyard shift. Hohonsum fell asleep so early, but jia doris kenneth stayed up to talk about alot of stuff. And the scenery was rather nice (:
And the second night, no one woke us up >.< ohman but Gladys' account of the zhongguoren and xd's attempt to sleep was so amusing.
I didn't quite like the second day when we had to sleep on the boat, we didn't even change because the boat was so sandy and dirty. Thank you Ghandi and Lincoln for helping to ferry us (:
Kayaking was scary. I really thought I wouldn't make it because I can't even clear 2.4 properly i.e. my stamina sucks. But we made it (: And the instructors were really nice.
Jetty jump was so scary at first, but I didn't scream (: but only because I was scared the water would rush into my mouth like when our kayak capsized.
But other than the initial shock of gravity, it was fun.

I really didn't like all the icky icky bits of OBS, but I guess its from these icky bits that you learn. We all gritted our teeth and finally completed the course, and I think that's something to be proud of (:
We survived the horrible heat rashes and mosquito bites and goodness knows what else (:

I'm going to miss HOLT, Ai Chin and her "guagua"s, the sharing sessions, and all the times we had although most were tiring and icky.
I hope OBS has made me a stronger person, though I'm still really scared of heights>.<

I don't want to go back to school tomorrow>.<
I wish they would give us a one week break, we need alot of time to withdraw from OBS and recover from the trauma (:
uhh like that's going to happen.
And hurray half of my numerical answers are still wrong (:
