I've had 2 consecutive days of Mr Dan's conditioning/ technique classes. Plenty of crunches, push-ups, jumps, turns, kicks, placement. Everywhere hurts, but in a good way.
Today he did choreography to "Dancing" which invoked so much feeling I could say it rekindled the fire in contemporary dancing. The last time I felt this way was so long ago.
I feel like I'm stagnating, and I really wish I had more opportunities with Dan. I think he can really make dancers realise their potential. And it's a really good thing he's started to open up to WD more, I sincerely hope next year will bring Gold with Honours (:

Dance chalet was spent bonding with the seniors, talking to Dan, doing silly things like devouring milo powder, attempting to study at a pavilion, playing mahjong, playing indian poker and watching people do crazy forfeits masterminded by Zong.

And my 18th was ever so sweet (:
To NSTs and Adhocs, thank you so much for the surprise, it was so sweet and I was really touched (: And also for the card, the cooking/ baking, notebook, chocolate-milk-comes-from-brown-cows book, and bags of sugar. And most of all for coming down to celebrate my birthday <3
To Doris Wang, thank you for the shirt and the photograph and everything else!
To the elects, for the chocolate coated milo dusted pile of crackers and marshmallows.
To the IP3s, for the huge jar of study-food.
To the ExCo, Chew and JIaTeng, for the Kung Fu Panda collection.
To the IP2s, for the halter (I refuse to call it a bikini).
To all the dancers, for the birthday songs/ wishes, and surprising me at 12ish with a birthday cake (:
To Ms Oon, for the ugly doll and the really sweet note.
Thank you for the well-wishes, and for the love (:

I feel really blessed (:
